Not printing to default printer after displaying

Reportworks 12.5, with the rrwrun.exe methodology, we provide the user the option to first display the report. Then, if via the report viewer, they select print, it sends the report to the printer saved in the file by the user who last edited the report definition. It should be going to the default printer. Default is specified as the print in the ri_wptr field in the runtime control file.____What can we do to correct this problem.____Cliff

Go to your Windows Settings and pick devices. Toward the bottom, there is a slider that turns OFF the "Let Windows Manage my Default Printer"____For some reason, Windows10 uses the last printer used as the default printer. I do not like that function. If I pick a default printer, than I want that to be the default printer.____Tom

I am aware of that case. I do not know if that is the cause of our problem. I had already made that change on my computer and I don^t know that this was a windows 10 computer. My computer is windows 10.
