Currently we use Citrix, but are migrating to a Windows Terminal Server environment. I have been testing R&R v. 12.____I set the default file setting to a specific folder on a drive (Options, File Settings, Report). When I exit and go back in, the report defaults back to the last report I looked at, not the default report setting.____I looked at the rsw.ini file, and see that the line LibDir in the file is set correctly.____Also, when a different user access R&R, the default report they see is the last report the prior user accessed.____Any ideas?

Are you saying that when you go back in, Options File Settings Report has a different value than the one you had set in the last session?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Which line in the ini file holds the default report setting - LibDir or Library32?

Here is an example. The LibDir is set to Brenda. However, when I access R&R, it is defaulting to Ellen, which shows in the Library32 path. Oops, I read your question wrong.____Options, File Settings remains the same however, when I open the report, it does not default to what is in Options, File Settings. What is in there is correct, but when opening a report it does not default to the path.
