Out of Memory when using Outlook as Default MAPI

when using Microsoft Outlook as the default MAPI after using it one time and going back in I get the message "out of memory" and cannot run the program.____Any suggestions - thank you.

This happens when you export a report to MAPI, close R&R and then come back in to R&R?____Kathleen__R&R Support
