PDF Adobe Acrobat RRW 10patch win2k

I need help with RRW 10 (patched 5/11/03) and Adobe Acrobat 5.0 I use both applications via a windows 2000 terminal server that is managed by my ASP. I used RRW 9 with Acrobat 5.0 for several months with very few problems. My ASP installed RRW 10.0 and then the patch for 10.0. Since then, I see an error message when I try to print reports to Acrobat PDF Writer:____"There was an error found when printing the document "R:RRWmyreport.RRW" tp LPT1:. Do you want to retry or cancel the job? "____The PDF ends up in the right spot and looks o.k., but the error message is annoying.____After reading the 10.0 release notes, I asked my ASP to change the R?W.ini file to disable the R&R PDF Writer. He wasn^t sure which .ini to change. There are some in winnt and some under ?:Documents and Settings.... ____Changing the winnt rw.ini didn^t seem to make a change. The error persists, and R&R PDF... is still available as a ^destination^ choice within Rapid Runner. ____What do I try next?__BTW: I have ordered RRW 10 .____Cheers,__TG__

Rapid Runner includes the R&R PDF Export driver in the printer list even if it is not really available.____If you rename the file CDINTF.DLL then R&R will not be able to initial its PDF driver. Or you can add PDFDriver=0 to the Defaults section of RRW.INI.____Kathleen__R&R Support
