PDF File error

When I create a PDF file via R&R and try to open it in Acrobat Reader 5, I get error "Invalid Pattern". What would cause this? I am using Version 9 of R&R SQL____Thanks

With version 10, I get the same error message when printing a 11"x17" printout. Has anyone else printed large format reports and got the same error. ("There was an error processing a page. Invalid Pattern."). I can send the report to Acrobat 5 distiller and it works fine. All of the smaller reports work fine to print to pdf format.
