PDF Printer Install

I have Windows XP, R&R version 9 with a build of 9.0.009. I have downloaded the updates for the software. Printer is HP Deskjet 855Cse.____I am ready to create a PDF file through the File..Print Command. However, no R&R PDF Export "printer" is listed. ____How can I load this so I can accomplish my task.____Thanks - Sari

Are you logged in to the system as an administrator?__If R&R PDF Export does not appear in the printer list, it may mean that you did not have sufficient system rights. Do you indeed have the file CDINTF.DLL in the R&R program directory?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I do not have the CDINTF.DLL in the c:program filesR&R Report writer directory. Where do I find this file and how do I install it? I am on a stand alone (not networked) PC.____Thanks for your help.
