Page printout tripled is size

I have a customer that is printing a form from my application software using R&R V12 runtime. This one page form comes out as three pages long. Do you know what could be causing this?____Thanks__Dan

Could be lots of things, the design of the report, the printer driver.__Does it happen with more than one report? What about a really simply report. __Is there extra blank space on the 3 pages?____Kathleen__R&R Support

The printing problem only occurs on his machine. I was wanting to know if there is some windows settings that would cause this to happen or could it be his print drivers?____Dan
