Parameter field

I created a report with a ParameteRR field and no matter if the Replace with Input Value is checked or not, it appears the report will not refresh it keeps pulling up the default value records. The version number on the program is 9.0.009. Please let me know your thoughts on this issue. Thanks.____-Suzanne
