Yes, R&R does support Postgres. I^ve worked closely with one client who uses a doctor^s practice management system from a company called SoapWare http://www.soapware.com/____Their system is built on Postgres SQL and our client uses R&R extensively.____This site http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/ appears to have every version of the driver that was ever produced from 2001 (v7) through 2014 (v9).__
