Print copies

When I print a report by specifying 2 or 3 copies or more, the report is always printed into 1 only specimen. The impression of documents with Microsoft Word or Excel functions perfectly. The problem occurs with 2 printers (Canon BJ200 and Oki ML3410) on Windows 98; The drivers are recent.
