Have you tried installing and using the Generic Text printer driver that ships with windows?____Or you could go back to using the DOS version of R&R.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi,____We spent quite a bit of time trying to work this out, and it tends to be specific to the dot matrix printer / windows driver that you^re using, so you^ll have to play around, but basically this is what you need to do.____1) Go into your report in the designer and select File, Print and change the printer to your dot matrix printer, then click close.____2) Highlight all fields on your report and hit F5. From the font dialog select a printer resident font. These are denoted by a picture of a dot matrix printer to the left of them. Make sure that the style is set to regular and the size to whatever value you get in the size box.____3) Save the report and give it a try. You may have to try several different fonts before you get it right or even different drivers. For example if your printer emulates an Epson FX why not try the default windows Epson FX 100 driver... and so on.____It^s also worth noting that if you want to print to a remote, shared printer in a resident font that you have to set the dot matrix printer on the remote PC as the default printer, otherwise it will, for some reason print in slow graphics mode.____Hope this helps,________Mike
