Printer error message

We have a user who is printing Runtime reports. When they try to send a report directly to the printer using our app they get the message ^Cannot match printer or port in control file^. When they preview and then print from the preview window the report prints without an error. I know that in help it says the Runtime control table contains a value in RI_WPTR or RI_WPORT that cannot be matched to any Windows printer or port. Try setting RI_WPTR=DEFAULT and leave RI_WPORT blank.__Which version of R&R are you using?____Kathleen__R&R Support
