Printer spooling issue

Hi everyone,__I really need some help. I^m using R&R 11.0.006. I have a client who is having printing issues. When 2 or more try to print to a networked printer, the last person who prints zaps everyone else in the spooler. This is only with R&R. Word and everything else works fine. Anyone have this issue?
