Printing Dashed Lines v10.0

I am trying to print a single dashed line on a report and am getting a large black box insted. I have read previous accounts about problems with printing boxes, and have verified that my files have the same version.____Any suggestions?____Thanks.__Kathy

I get dashes without a problem printing to my network HP6P.______Kathleen__R&R Support

Do you have any suggestions as to what I might look at? It happens in both the preview and actual print modes. I am printing to a networked HP5si.____Kathy

Did this machine ever have an earlier version of R&R? Is it a local or a network installation?____Kathleen__R&R Support
