Printing German and French alphabet

How does one get R&R to print the extended characters from German.__I am assuming that it is a setting or something like that. The database has/displays the characters but the printed document converts these into something else.

Are you using the SQL or the Xbase version? The solution depends on the version.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen:__The client is using Version 8.1 and I am trying to get them to switch to either 10 or the latest Ver 11.

Open the text file RRW.SRT that is in the R&R program directory and remove the semi-colon at the start of the line:__; DBCHARS=ANSI____so it becomes__DBCHARS=ANSI____save this change and then re-start R&R. It should fix things.____Kathleen__R&R Support
