Printing RR 11

Recently changed printers from network to local. New printer is the default printer.____Question is now I receive message "Error retreiving printer information" whenever I try to print or print preview from either xbase or sql.____I am able to print from any other app.____Ideas?____

Does this occur in the report designer when you use File Print and select the printer?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes, also on report preview, but it occurs before the printer dialog box comes up. It doesn^t give me the opportunity to change printers.____Thanks

Did You ever get the "Error retrieving printer information." problem solved? I^m having he same problem on my Vista64 with Delphi 5. The Designer works just fine. -Carl

In the Designer, use the command File Print. It should allow you to select a printer.____Kathleen__R&R Support
