Printing issue with RRW and Adobe

I have a client using RRW version 8.0. with Adobe Acrobat 6.0.0. She cannot print the file in report writer using the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.0. Printing causes RRW to lock up and then her account has to be reset in Citrix. Apparently it worked fine before with an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.____I need to know if RRW 8.0 is designed to work with Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.0 or if the client will need to upgrade the client to RRW version 11.0.
