Printing problem V:9.0.007

I am having printing issues with version 9 of the software. Certain users can not get the reports to print unless the first click on the properties button in the printer selection window then click OK to get out of it. If they do this they can print, otherwise nothing happens.__Any ideas on how to get around this?____Thanks,__Al____akoop@crofuttsmith.com____

This bug was corrected in 10.1.003____Any earlier and you are left with the workaround of using the properties button.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Is there an upgrade path from 9.0.007 that I need to take? If I do upgrade to the latest version do I need to edit all of my reports or is it just the RRWRUN.EXE program that needs to be replaced?____Al

I really need this upgrade. Alothough since it is a bug in the software you would think that a patch should be issued instead of forcing the customers to buy a new version.____Thanks,__Al

The bug is present only in the freely re-distributable runtime, not the designer and there is a workaround.____The upgrade price of $400 gets you not only bug fixes but also lots of new functionality.______Kathleen__R&R Support__

Kathleen,____We have the following:__R&R for Windows Xbase edition__Version 9.0 build 9.0.007____Are you telling me that there isn^t a bug in that?
