[updated:LAST EDITED ON May-29-03 AT 10:44 AM (EST)]I recently printing a report which contain 1 logo picture 2MB and 2 small pictures around 20k each. The report has 265 pages to print however, when it print to 156 pages, an error message come out.____"Not enough storage is available to complete this operation."____I looked to the printed spool file which has been go up to 43MB, but my system is a XP1800 with a 40GB HD with a 26GB free space and 512DDR memory.____I tried to change the logo which was 2MB each to a lower resolution graphic which is around 20K and the print job since OK. However, this is only a 200s pages job. I very oftenly need to print reports that is 500 to 800 pages. Even if I use a lower version of the graphic. The problem will still come out.____Is there a parameter or a option in RR V10.0 which I can change so it will take a bigger print job???____Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.____** By the way, there is no problem in PREVIEWING . **

Can you possibly print the report in page ranges so that you only do 100 pages at a time?__I will try to see if I can reproduce this however I might not be successful since I do not have the same system configuration as you have.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I tried to print just 100 pages first manaully, another 100 pages the second time, then the rest at the end and it worked. However, since this is done manually I can do so and this is one of the smallest print job, but when the report has been put on the automated system, I won^t know how many pages actually will be printed (most often is 500 to 800 pages); therefore, I need to know what parameter to change to make sure this won^t happend especial when I am not monitoring. I really don^t like to wasting all the time try printing the report then if does not work, print it out batch by batch.
