The company I work for has just started installing Windows XP for every one. Well these users are using a vb program that shells out and calls the RSWRun.exe. The version number on this file is 6.0.18. Users are not able to run reports. Does anyone know why or if there is a fix? Here is a little more information that may help. It is being directed to a database in SQL. Now before they got XP it worked. However now it doesn^t but it does for me! I have dbo rights to the database. Could this have something to do with the way XP hashes you trusted connection? Does anyone have any thoughts or Ideas?____They would be very grateful.

That is a extremely old version of RSWRUN.EXE.__Your first step should be to contact the developer of the application that is bundling RSWRUN to see if a new version is available.__Users who purchase a full copy of R&R can freely re-distribute the R&R runtime files with their application. But we as Liveware do not routinely support runtime only users. ____You could also try executing RSWRUN.EXE outside of the application program to see if it is useable there as a further diagnostic.________Kathleen__R&R Support

Had similar problem that resolved when the user login was made to be an administrator of their own computer.____Peggyk
