Problem with printer selection

(I tried to post 15 minutes ago, and have not seen so re-posting.)____I have a single printer a LaserJet Series 4000 PCL 6 set up. It is a network printer managed by a Windows NT Server. I can select it from MS Word, Excel, etc. when I do a File/Print and get the printer dialog. I can also change settings like double-sided printing for large reports.____In R&R Xbase version 9, when I do a File/Print, I only see a printer named R&R PDF Export. Printing to this printer results in my report being printed on the LaserJet <weird> but I cannot set up for double-sided printing for my 200+ page report.____Please help.____Bill__

I forgot to mention; I am using Windows XP Professional.__
