R&R Trying to "View results set"

Hi, ____Brand new user of R&R. Using it with PowerPlusNT for cafeteria plan administration. ____We have several reports written in R&R by previous users, which are fine for printing, etc. However, I need to get the data from the reports and combine it with data from other sources. ____So:__File->Export->Single Band->Results set renders a blank .dbf, with just the header names.__Database->Results set does the same__File->Export->Single Band->Text->csv - appears as though it is sorting through records, but then an error pops up that reads:"No fields to export on selected line."____Any option I select in the "single band" area throws the same error. ____Thoughts?

The default export band line in a report is a record band. If your report does not have one, you see the behavior you are reporting here. To avoid the problem go to the Export Dialog and select a band line that is available in your report (such as as Group footer). Export/Result Set will then show the data from that band line.______Kathleen__R&R Support
