R&R with Novell6

We copied all the file from a Novell 4.10 server to a Novell 6 cluster all paths keep the same. R&R runtime will produce report, but when you try to get out of it it does not release the license and an error I keep getting this message when I close R&R message comes up.__"rrw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.You will need to restart the program."__ ____It also does not clear out of memory. If you are shutting down windows will prompt for end task and there is nothing open.__Thanks, Roger@harcofittings.com

We upgraded from 9 to 10(build 10.0.012) this past Feb. We simply copied the entire R&R program file folder to an identical tree on the new server. We did not re-install R&R on the clients. We have also implemented Novell^s iPrint printing utility on every workstation. The new Netware 6.0 server uses straight IP protocol, our old 4.10 server used IP/IPX w/Novell Queue printing.____Another problem we are experiencing is opening a report that was saved with a Novell Queue based printer assignment. I would try re-installing R&R to see if that helps.__You can also try adding a line to the Defaults section of your RRW.INI/RSW.INI that says:__Printer=<printername> __where <printername> is either the word Default or the actual name of the printer you would like to use by default for any reports that you create or open.____Kathleen__R&R Support
