R&R 10

Since latest R&R 10 Patch dated in May, the Export to pdf have not appeared in the printer selection list. Is there any way of correcting this issue, it was working fine prior to the patch. The patch help other issues so I would like to stay on this current release if possible.____Any ideas???

You can permanently install the R&R PDF Export printer driver by using the install.exe that is in the PDFFiles directory of the R&R 10+ CD.__See the PDFDIST.TXT file in that directory for instructions.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for your reponse,____The install.exe is not on the cd in that folder pdf_files. I did find the text document. Is there a way to zip the exe file so I can run it?(I have Outlook 2003, it blocks exe^s)____My email is awyzard@procarerx.com

Kathleen,____We updated the dll and related files according to the NT specs, the RR export to pdf still is not coming up as an option in the print list.____Any thing else we can try?

The only PDF related printer I see is user#acrobat pdfwriter, this gets created with adobe.____From the printer options in RR, I was expecting to see R&R Export to pdf, thats what the option said before.
