R&R 10 Exporting to PDF file

We are running 2 reports to a .pdf file and 1 report to a printer, all on the same system.After the completion of the sort process they seem to have a problem printing to the file and printer. The error reads:____uable to retreive printer information____The only way around it is rebooting and running the reports again. Each report is about 1-2 hours long and the error doesn^t hit until the sort is completed.____We have already applied the latest patch, thinking it would correct the problem.____Any suggestions

When you re-boot does the problem occur again when the reports are re-run? What operating system?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It occurs again when several reports are being processed. ____The User is connected via Metaframe to a Win 2k Advance Server. R&R 10 is on the server. The users desktop is a Win ME.
