R&R 6.5 Print Problem

I have a customer running Win ME. He^s using our s/w which uses R&R 6.5. A few days ago when printing a report from our app the printer just stops after about two pages, on any report. No error message, no jobs left in the print que. This a Panasonic dot matrix printer. The customer has two, has the same problem on both of them. Can print to either without a problem from any other windows program. Customer also has an inkjet and can print from our app without a problem to that printer.____Normally our program creates an rrw.cnt and rrw.out files for the input control file and output file (text files). Interestingly, these files are not being created as they normally are in the c:windows emp directory. A file named rrwrun.out is being created in the the app directory. The RO_ECODE=C which I understand means he cancelled the report. RI_RECNO=1, pages=0, reports=0. Creating the control and output files are our responsibility but I mention it just in case it means anything to you.____We^ve tried deleting and reinstalling the printer driver to no avail. Changed cables, etc. even though it works fine from other windows programs.____What other circumstances could cause the RO_ECODE to equal "C"? Certainly, the user is not doing anything to cancel the report. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.____Thanks,__Randal Ferguson______

Any chance that you could try this with Version 9 rather than with 6.5?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It should only occur when the report is actually canceled.____Kathleen__R&R Support
