R&R 6.5 losing font

We have a client who uses a Bitstream font Zurich as their company standard font. We have purchsed this Bitstream font & it works fine in all our apps (eg WORD, EXCEL, etc) except for R&R 6.5.____In R&R I can select the Zurich font from the R&R font list. The fields visibly change to that font on the screen and if I print to the printer the font is correct on the print out.____HOWEVER, when I save the report & then re-open it, all the fonts have reverted back to Arial (which is my default font). I can change fields to other fonts like TimesRoman, etc & they stay in that font when I re-open the report - its just this Zurich font that doesn^t seem to ^stay^.____Anyone know why this is happening????????____T/A____Rick

I have found some further interesting things re this problem.____The problem occurs with any font I choose from the "V..." fonts onwards in the list of fonts. I guessed that there is some sort of memory problem re the number of fonts in the list so I deleted one of the "D.." fonts via Windows Control panel and sure enough I can now use the first "V.." font in the list successfully.____I am guessing that if I delete enough fonts higher up alphabetically than the Zurich font my problem will go away but this is not an acceptable solution as I would then have to do this to all PC^s which may want to run the report in question. Also if someone loads software that installs its own fonts prior to the Zurich font alphabetically, then the problem will come back unbeknownst to the users.____We don^t have an extraordinary number of fonts on our machines - just the standard Windows fonts plus maybe a dozen or so extras that have been added by software packages, etc.____Also, I still don^t understand how come R&R can list ALL the fonts & successfully let you select them & can display them correctly on the screen & even print them correctly but when you save the report it somehow ^loses^ the font!!____Any ideas??____T/A____Rick

There was a bug in earlier release of R&R where we did have a problem if there were lots of available fonts (sorry that I forget the number where the problem starts.)____The solution would be to upgrade to the current release.______Kathleen__R&R Support
