R&R 9.0 Replace limitation

Does anyone know if there is a limitation to either the Criteria string or in the .Replace command?____We have a developer that had researhed this a few months ago (and unfortunately is out of contact for the next month). I believe that we had a problem in a report that if the Replace string was > 250 characters, R&R generated an error so we now tell the user to limit their criteria string to 250 characters. ____But I have now found that it works with a criteria string that was > 750 characters. So I^m not sure if the problem was with a particular report (which I^m not sure right now which one it was) or if there was some other reason we had to put this limitation in. Our Replace string normally just replaces the WHERE clause so the report is limited to criterias the user has selected from a VB6.0 screen.____Any help would be appreciated or I can supply additional information if needed.____We are opening the R&R Report from a VB 6.0 application.__The RSW.exe version is 9.0.9.0__The R&R SQL ActiveX Report Control, shows Version 1.1 (in VB About)__We are connecting to an Oracle Database.__We recommed that all Client computers be using the Oracle ODBC drivers.____Thanks,__Mike...
