R&R OCX Hangs

One of our customers uses the R&R SQL OCX to print reports through our software. However some of their reports cause the OCX to hang when setting the reportName property.____I received information from another R&R user that they had reported a similar problem on this forum, and had been told it was related to the report not being able to see the saved printer. He also told me that there was an ini option in version 10 which circumvented the problem by telling R&R to ignore the saved printer in the report.____Can anyone tell me whether they^ve had a similar problem, whether the stated fix sorted it out, and if so, what is the ini entry?____Thanks,__Mike Jones __

Having upgraded to R&R 10 and tried the RSW.INI option "Printer=Default" (which I was told would fix this problem) it turns out that was a red herring, as the report still hangs.____So the problem is this: a report written in Arpeggio for an Oracle database hangs our application when called from the R&R SQL OCX control. The line where it hangs is:____oControl.ReportName := ...____which is the very first report property assigned to the control.____This is the case with Arpeggio, and both versions 9 and 10 of R&R SQL. The report can be edited and run through R&R itself without problems, but the OCX always hangs. Other reports, written at the same time, work fine.____The problem report also hangs Rapid Runner as soon as it is added.____Does anyone have any idea what could be behind this?____Mike Jones
