R&R PDF PRINTER (Verson 9)

Whenever I go into the Rapid Runner for Version 9 of R&R and print a PDF report, (Which I might add is fantastic), the R&R Printer now is automatically deleted from my printer settings. How do I get it to stay there? The only way I can get it back is to go into R&R and print an RTF report, then delete the report.____I might add, I am using the latest RRPD.DLL file dated 05/16/2001____Thanks... Tom Freitas

The PDF driver should only be available while R&R is executing since it is only licensed for exclusive use with R&R.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I don^t understand what you mean. Is it not suppose to work in the Rapid Reports? Once I create a RTF report, the R&R PDF PRINTER stays in the printer settings and remains there while I am in R&R. ____If I then go to the rapid reports and select the printer or printer to file, I see the R&R PDF PRINTER. Then when I run a report using the printer to file and selecting the R&R PDF PRINTER, it is then deleted. Is this what is suppose to happen? or is it suppose to delete itself exiting R&R? I would think that it should remain in the Rapid Reports until after I exit...____Thanks... Tom Freitas

I can successfully run two reports in succession in Rapid Runner and print each of them to PDF without a problem.__Wonder why yours is behaving differently?____Kathleen

I wish I knew! I am using the newest version of RRPD.DLL that you sent me last week. Could that have anything to do with it? Should the R&R PDF Printer always appear in the printer screen when you select what printer to use?____Thanks.. Tom Freitas
