R&R PDF Printer

Post by freitas » Wed May 16, 2001 3:01 pm

I am using a stand alone PC with Windows 98 and 128 mgs of Ram with R&R Version 9.0 as well as 8.1____R&R installs a printer called R&R PDF Printer. When I tried printing a report with Version 9 I received an error that there was something wrong with my printer spool and that I should restart Windows. I restarted Windows and received the same error. When I went to my setting and printer I saw the R&R PDF Printer. I deleted it and then rebooted again. The report then printed out fine.____Could this have anything to do with the Windows 2000 printing problem?

Are you checking the print to file box and supplying a print file name in the lower right of the print dialog?____Kathleen__R&R Support

No! I first select view and the report is viewed on the screen, then if I select print a single page or print the entire report by pressing either one of the icons on the top left side, I get the error. I first see the pane that states it is printing to my LaserJet III, then the error appears. If I delete the R&R PDF Printer, reboot, then the report prints. I get this with either V8.x or V9.0____Thanks... Tom Freitas
