R&R Report Viewer Error

Hi Kathleen,____One of our users is getting a intermittent error - when attempting to run a RW Shortcut. The error box says:____R&R Report Viewer XBase Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience ..... Please tell Microsoft about this problem ..... gives an option to "Send Error Report" and "Don^t Sent". ____This is not happening for me when I run the same shortcut. Any ideas?____Also - is the patch available yet - to allow master tables to have an index tax of Date/Time - so we can scope reports based on a Date/Time field?____Thanks,__Sarah

When does the user see the error? Can they preview the report? What fields are set in the control table?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen,____This error is occuring on all reports that this user tries to run. It is not occuring for other errors. He cannot preview the report - he clicks on the report shortcut, enters the report parameters, and then the error comes up when he clicks on OK. ____Please advise!__Thanks,__Sarah
