R&R ReportWorks Version 11: Crash

The designer crashes in WinXPro sometimes has anyone reported it and is there a fix?

When does the crash occur? Is it when you exit, when you save a report or just randomly?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen, I crashing from within vb where I have shelled out to the RRW.exe but not always just sometimes while I^m updating the report format and then saving. Vic Aston

To correct a crash on save you would add the line LIBRARIAN=OFF to the DEFAULTS section of c:windows
rw.ini. Also try adding the line PDFDRIVER=0 to that same section and see if the crashing disappears totally.____Kathleen__R&R Support
