R&R SQL RunTime Errors

We have a number of clients who are using R&R SQL runtime where one of the machines on the network won^t produce reports (but other users on the network do not have this problem). They get the message "DB access: the connection, statement, or query handles you provided is not valid". We^ve tried the obvious like checking rsw.ini, making sure they have the correct dlls etc etc. These clients are in the UK. Any ideas please?

I would re-check to be sure that the RSW.INI is in the RSWRUN.EXE folder and that it has the settings__UseQEConnect=1__UseDefaultDatabase=1____in the DATABASE section of the file.____Kathleen__R&R Support
