Trying to produce a report. It is on letter sized paper, but the top half is the report and they want an exact copy of the same report on the bottom half (to match a letterhead). Two questions. The Record Band in R&R, how can I get it restricted to a two inch size on the page and when there are enough records to fill up the two inches to start pringint on the next page (not 2 inches per record)? ____Second question is, how can I get the report to print on the top half of the page and then print the same exact copy on the second half of the page? I have setup page sizes on the printer, but that would just print on one half of the page and leave the rest of the page blank. ____Thanks.

To restrict the number of records on a page you could adjust the size of the page footer.____Whether you could duplicate the report twice on a page would depend on the design of the report. It would certainly take some creative report design but might be able to be done.____Kathleen__R&R Support____
