R&R and SQL 2008

We just upgraded to SQL 2008 and when I ran reports today, they had broken. Specifically, the error message I am receiving suggests that any outer joins which I had no longer work. "It is strongly recommended to rewrite the query using ANSI outer join operators." We are on Build 12.1.001. Will this work with SQL 2008? How can I fix the outer joins?____Thanks____Melissa

Reports should work if you downgrade the compatibility level to 80
