Is it possible to use UTF8 in R&R? We are currently running version 9. and it doesn^t support utf8. Do the newer version support UTF8? Thank you for any information.____David Lambert__Digital Matrix__www.dmisoft.com

XBase. Normal FoxPro databases with character fields holding string encoded with UTF8. We are currently using this in our normal systems without any problem. The only thing currently we haven^t been able to use the UTF8 in is R&R. ____David Lambert__Digital Matrix__www.dmisoft.com

Try editing the file RRW.SRT and remove the semicolon from the start of the line:____;DBCHARS=ANSI____Restart R&R and see if it helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I removed the semicolon and the text output in R&R looks like the UTF8 text if it was looked at in normal ansi mode, so no Japanese characters are displayed. Does R&R support UTF8? Is there a way to tell it to display the UTF8 text as Characters and not Ansi text? Thanks.____David Lambert__Digital Matrix__www.dmisoft.com
