R&R has caused an error

Windows 2000__R&R version 10.0 Build 10.0.012__Using Xbase.____When I print from my program, and choose the dot matrix printer, the report prints. When I print to my Brother MFC 3100C from the picklist, I get a Windows message telling me the report has generated an error and the program will need to be restarted.____I don^t have the CDINTF.DLL file on my computer, and I tried clicking the properties button and the OK button, when choosing the printer, with the same results.____It only seems to be this new report I created, the other reports print alright to both printers. All the reports were created with the same version.____Any ideas?____Thanks;__Chas

What happens if you set the Brother to be your default printer and then try to create a new report?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It will print OK, but I have several sites that print to any other number of different printers, on their network. Have not tried it there __yet.
