R&R v.9 only works as admin

Hello,__This is a win2k network with Active Directory. Users who need this application can only use it if they login to the workstation as admin, if they login as a domain user the application is greyed out. What causes this? __Also, for deploying on terminal server and citrix....what are the issues that one needs to consider?________Thank you,____Oskar Teran____
