R&R v9.0 closing error

We have a multiple problem. 1) Report doesn^t print. 2) R&R closes on it^s own.____Accessing the client site via Citrix R&R will close when either of two things happen. 1) You select to print the current report (which doesn^t print) or 2) If this is a new report you click to save the report (after you give it a name and click OK. It does save the report but it also closes R&R). They are running the latest patch 9.0.009. My client pc^s get this same result both with default printers which are standard HP4SI and non-standard printers ie. Xerox multifunction copier/network printer/fax machine.
