I was running a .rsw file (12.5) with no problem. It crashed one time and now when I try to open it or start R&R by itself, I get "no available network user id". I never saw this before and it only occurred after the crash. A reboot did not help. The program is on my local drive.____thanks__Fred Ememrich

Hi Fred,__Locate the program "rswusers" in your R&R installation folder and run it. You should see the locked license listed. Select it and click on "unlock."
