R&R, ANSI and OEM

I have a Database with the OEM character set. __Example:____Name: Phone-Number:__Schneider, 081 7851545__Lüchinger, 081 7851882__Hanselmann, 081 7851235__Litscher, 071 7445787____If I search for a record, whitch is located below a record whitch includes an umlaut(äöü), the R&R stopps searching (in this example by Lüchinger). What can I do to create a such sorting:____1. A__2. Ä __3. B__4. C__5....__6. N__7. O__8. Ö__9. P__10. T__11. U__12. Ü__13. V____Can I do this in "RRW.SRT"?____Thanks__M. Hermann
