Hi____One of our users has a problem with printing and previewing using R&R 11.1.009 Runtime. The user is getting a message ^Error retreiving printer information^ before the printer dialog is displayed. We allow the user to choose what printer they use but it displays their Windows default one first.____In this particular case the application is on a Citrix server and there is only one printer available. If you preview to screen, and then click the printer button on the preview toolbar, the user gets a message that no default printer is set up. Non R&R reports are printing fine from the application so it is not a general printer issue.____I have looked at the RRUNOUT and RRWRUNIN files from the user. The RRWRUNIN file has been updated with the information that I would expect if the report runs sucessfully. The RRUNOUT file however shows an RO_ECODE of ^C^ with a message of ^Report Cancelled^ There are zeroes in the RO_REPORTS and RO_PAGES fields.____The user^s runtime files have been used to print sucessfully here so there is nothing wrong with them.____Can you suggest anything that we could try to resolve the issue.____Thanks in advance.____Eddie Marshall

Try taking out the printer selection option and then set PRINTER=DEFAULT in the DEFAULTS section of the file c:windowsRRW.INI and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
