RR 9.0.009 - Print preview garbage

Post by Ken_Waring_(Guest) » Wed Jun 26, 2002 5:26 pm

I have been using rr9 with patches. When I print preview sometimes the screen loses all font cohesion. The ^regular^ characters turn italic, upside down, larger etc. A complete mess.____I installed the software on another more powerful machine. Dual 866 with 15,000 RPM drives. The problem seems worse. Print preview is almost useless on this computer because of the hit and miss success.____Anyone have similar experiences?____Any solutions?____Thx.__Ken Waring

My computer was new and a clean install.____The other computer was an upgrade to rr on that machine.____Both experienced the same problems.____Ken

Sure beats me why this might be. You could try using Options Preferences and turn off colored bands in preview and see if this makes any difference. But I really truly have not had any other reports of this problem. Also check your RRPD.DLL and make sure it is really a V9 vintage.____Kathleen__R&R Support
