RR Crashing/Program ERror.

I^m running RR 9.0.009 on a new Windows 2000 SP2 system. When I installed my previous version (Version 9, not sure of build) on this system a few weeks ago, I get an error message whenever I try to save a report in RR. "RR.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. I continue to get this error message with the 9.0.009 build as well.____I tried removing program, reinstalling from the RR v9 CD, and reupgraded to the 9.0.009 build, and I still get the same thing.____Anyone have suggestions?____David____________

This problem is occuring from within the RR app, not using the runtime. I saw the posts elsewhere re somewhat similar error message involving rruntime.____David

Try renaming the file CDINTF.DLL that is in the R&R program directory and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Then try adding the line____LIBRARIAN=OFF____to the [Defaults] section of your c:windows rw.ini and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Is there a particular section of the rrw.ini file in which to place this command?____I added it and it made no difference, but I^m not sure that I have it in the right section.____David

For this issue the resolution was disabling the Report Librarian. See message 9.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I have the same error when i print a report from my app.__RRWRUN.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. This error appears only with some reports not with all. On some pc the same report runs correctly.__I have downloaded the new update and i have to test it.____Thanks
