The driver that we distribute is a older version that does not work on Win 2003 unless you make an O/S level change to support older drivers.____A newer driver is available for direct purchase from Amyuni http://www.amyuni.com________Kathleen__R&R Support

I have been able to make it work as follows:__Since the old print drivers are kernel mode print drivers you will have to set them to "disabled" as follows:__1. Start-run-gpedit.msc__2. Under Local Computer Policy, double click Computer Configuration__3. Double click "Administrative Templates" and double click "Printers".__4. Right click "Disallow installation of printers using kernel mode drivers" and then click Properties.__5. On the settings tab, click "disable" and then click OK(Disable will allow the driver to work properly"____This has worked for my installation, of course you can always purchase the new drivers.____Dan
