RR reading files on windows server 64

We just ported our 32 bit advantage database server to the new 64-bit advantage both software and server 2003, running xharbour. For non-admin users, it used to print the hp laserjet 2300 fine when the data was on a 32 bit server and the Now, it displays the status fine as it would print but not comes out, though it prints to the screen, just not to the printer. __I am using RR 12.5____Anyone has any ideas?____thanks in advance.
