When we moved from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 RRW9.0 started having a problem. When we close the program, it usually says "RRW.exe has generated errors and will be closed down". Not too bad, but then the file that we were accessing when it crashed is locked out. We are asked if we want to make a copy instead. ____We are using ver 9.0.009____Renamed cdintf.dll. Would like to add the line Librarian=off to the rrw.ini but "kfleming" has never responded to anyones question: "Where in the RRW.INI does it go - under which section?" Maybe someone else will.____If there is another tech support person who monitors these discussion forums: help.____Mike__

It goes in the Defaults section.____I am afraid that the forum software strips out anything that is enclosed in square brackets so every time that I reply using____open square bracket Defaults close square bracket, it disappears.______Kathleen__R&R Support

It is more likely that it is the PDF printer driver that is at fault.__Rename the file CDINTF.DLL that is in the R&R program directory and the error should go away.____Kathleen__R&R Support
