Our users access R&R thru Citrix/terminal server.Most of them don^t have problem and a few of them do: lost report e-mail functions and got kicked out of the R&R everytime they save the report.____Here is the thing I don^t understand: When new user login to the Citrix server, his/her profile got created with RRW.ini file in WINDOWS directory under profile folder. By looking at the content of this RRW.ini, I can^t found where this file got copied over(search all server for file with same Recent File List).
