RRWRUN

Post by Kanati » Tue Sep 07, 2004 3:14 pm

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Sep-07-04 AT 03:16 PM (EST)]I have a dell laptop with XP and SP2 running an app that has a number of R&R reports. A few of the reports print fine, but some allow me to pick the printer and then rrwrun.exe crashes.____Are there any known issues with R&R and windowsxp service pack 2? (no? how about some unknown ones? :) )____Thanks.__Eric Stout__NTS Services Corp____<edit> I believe it is version 10.0 btw...

After you select the printer, try using the Properties button from the print dialog before you actually print and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

That works... Is there a real fix for this or just this workaround?____Thanks.__Eric Stout__NTS Services Corp

Upgrading to the newest release is the real fix.__Short of an upgrade, the properties button is the workaround.____Kathleen__R&R Support
